Services Description

PTF Pittsfield Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services in Pittsfield, MA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling.

Service estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes discovered during work.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or project modifications.

A quote becomes a binding agreement only when you sign our written contract and provide the required deposit. Verbal agreements or preliminary estimates do not constitute a binding contract.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your signed contract. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Massachusetts law. If payment is not received within 30 days of completion, we reserve the right to file a mechanic's lien on your property.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Project changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges. We'll provide a revised quote for your approval before proceeding with any changes.

Property Access and Preparation

You're responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for removing any items that could interfere with our work. This includes vehicles, lawn furniture, decorations, and plants.

We'll take reasonable care to protect your property, but we're not responsible for damage to items left in the work area. Please notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles before we begin.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our services as specified in your contract. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be clearly outlined in your agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather conditions, ground movement, or misuse. You must follow our care instructions to maintain warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We maintain proper insurance coverage as required by Massachusetts law. Any claims must be filed within one year of project completion.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. Rain, extreme temperatures, or other adverse conditions may require us to reschedule work. We'll notify you as soon as possible of any weather-related delays.

We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, permit issues, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll work with you to reschedule and complete your project as soon as conditions allow.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by PTF Pittsfield Concrete and protected by copyright law. You may not use our content without written permission.

We may photograph completed projects for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. You grant us permission to use project photos on our website and marketing materials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berkshire County, Massachusetts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
